The Vital Role of Our Scientific Advisory Board
The Scientific Council of the Ubuntu Leaders Academy is composed of a multidisciplinary group of experts who monitor, validate, and guide the program’s pedagogical and scientific development.
Its mission is to ensure quality, encourage research, and promote the sharing of knowledge regarding the Ubuntu methodology and its social impact.

Bringing together scholars and researchers from the fields of Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, Philosophy, and Human Development, ALU’s Scientific Council represents the diversity of perspectives and experiences that enrich the Ubuntu method.
Scientific Journal
The Ubuntu Scientific Journal is a forum for sharing and reflection produced in partnership with researchers and facilitators. It brings together articles, case studies, and applied research projects on relational education, servant leadership, and social impact.
Applied research
